Hops & History Festival

36$ – 42$Presented by the Carroll County Historical Society, join us for the first annual Hops in History Festival! Artisans from Carroll’s own Midnight Home Brewing Club will demonstrate early brewing techniques. Guests may sample non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages brewed with ingredients used by our ancestors. And best of all, admission includes a screening of Brewmore Baltimore showing at 4:30pm. Proceeds benefit the Historical Society
A maximum of 250 tickets are available in three classes. Children (anyone younger than legal drinking age) will be admitted free. Food and ice cream floats made with homemade root beer will be available for purchase.
VIP – $42 per person
A maximum of 45 tickets are available at this level. A VIP ticket entitles holder to participate in the event should it sell-out (a distinct possibility), free admission to each historical brewing discussion in the Cockey’s Learning Center, all the samples he/she cares to consume pending available supply, and two free 10-oz ‘pours’ of Hops In History beer at the event.
Early Bird – $36 per person till 5 PM on August 1.
A maximum of 180 tickets are available at this level. This ticket guarantees admission, all the samples the holder cares to consume – pending available supply, and two free 10-oz ‘pours’ of Hops in History beer at the event.
Regular admission – $38 per person available August 2 through August 9.
